Staff

The following staff of the Winters Cemetery District are committed to see that the needs of the public we serve are met each and every day.

Staff receives regular compensation, they also receive funds in lieu of health insurance coverage. The Manager pays 8% towards her CalPERS retirement and any persons hired after January 2013 pays 7.75% into their CalPERS retirement.

Sheila is a life long resident of Winters and began working for the Winters Cemetery District in 2008. She became District Manager in January 2014.
